Full and partial training packages include full care, training, and lessons.  Horses are well-cared for at trainer-owned and -operated HighBar Farm in relaxed Loxahatchee Groves, just 2 miles from Wellington and only 5 miles to the Global Dressage Festival.  Amy lives on the property and dotes on the horses throughout the day.The regulation all-weather dressage arena, designed and prepared by E=MC Equestrian, is surfaced with a GGT and silica sand mixture like the competition footing used at White Fences and Global. A full mirror wall stands at the C end.  The level grass field surrounding the arena is large enough for a second drassage arena and schooling "outside the box."

Amy teaches lessons at the farm as well as at other facilities within a reasonable driving range. Lessons average about 45 minutes, but sometimes they are shorter and sometimes longer, depending on what needs to be done that day.  The current lesson rate is $75.00 at HighBar Farm; $85.00 for travel. Amy travels to conduct clinics between May and December.  Contact us to discuss arranging a clinic at your facility!

Seasonal dry stalls may be rented for two to four months between December and April, and are limited to a maximum of six stalls, depending on the number of training horses in residence.  Rates for the 2017-18 season are $850/month for dry stall, discounted to $800 month if leasing more than one.  Two-month minimum.  Outside trainers are welcome.  HighBar Farm is a small, private training facility and the casual, relaxed atmosphere is maintained by limiting the number of people and horses on site.  Year-round board is available only to horses in full or partial training.

The Wellington area boasts a concentration of some of the loveliest dressage horses, hunters, and jumpers in training, and Amy's connections in this world as well as with trainers and breeders around North America and Europe may help you find your next equine partner.  Please feel free to call if you are interested in finding out more.  Current Sale Horses
